BEKING Monaco 2023 - Back to Bike
After the great success of past editions, BEKING Monaco is preparing for a new event full of surprises and moments of sociability, sport, education and charity. Professionals, amateurs, families, today's and tomorrow's champions will come together on 26 November to celebrate cycling in all its facets and to bring more and more people closer to this sport, a symbol of sustainable mobility.
"BEKING is not just a one-day event," explained Claudia Morandini. "This project has become an integral part of our lives, we work every day to ensure that more and more people understand the great potential of cycling in the field of social education and raising awareness for a more sustainable and respectful society. Every year we want to broaden the vision, involve new people and open up different possibilities to expand the audience for our message. Just as cycling has taught us, to dream big you have to work hard."
Many champions, fervent supporters of this philosophy, have already confirmed their presence at the event: Philippe Gilbert, Matteo Trentin, Elia Viviani, Elena Cecchini, and Peter Sagan. A list that is completed every year with the names of great champions who will animate the now traditional Monegasque criterium and the race dedicated to the challenges with the youngest and amateurs, the Pro Am.
"Sport conveys important messages in a simple but incredibly effective way," said Romy Gai, a supporter of the project since its first brainstorming session. "BEKING is a demonstration of the results that can be achieved when working as a team and passionately to reach a goal. I can only be proud to be involved in this revolution that involves all of us, our families and the children who are the future and desperately need great inspiring examples and strong ideals to uphold. I hope that 2023 will be a crucial year for BEKING, an opportunity to take a further leap forward in spreading these values."
Also in this edition, Beking's mission will be to create opportunities for social growth through cycling, the values of sport and charitable initiatives.
A new opportunity therefore for Monaco to show the world the power of sporting aggregation and sustainable mobility.
