Under the direction of Laurence Equilbey, Insula orchestra, the accentus choir and a quartet of high-flying soloists bring together the sacred and secular art of the Leipzig master, Felix Mendelssohn, with excerpts from his unfinished oratorio Christus and his First Walpurgis Night from Goethe.
