Hugo is a musician, a charmer, and a born free spirit. Alice is an actress, an idealist, and a born romantic. A year to the day after their sudden break-up, Alice turns up at Hugo's home in the middle of the night. What remains of their love, the one she had thought would last forever?
The former lovers do their best to hide their true feelings. They lie, obfuscate and procrastinate... Then, a year to the day after that night, another visitor. This time, it's Hugo knocking on Alice's door... "Ce qui reste d’un amour" ("What remains of love") is a play about the power, the mystery, and the contradictions of love.
