4th Museum Festival
For the 4th edition of the Fête du Musée, on Saturday September 23, 2023, young people aged 3 to 14 and their families are invited to discover the infinite beauty and riches of the marine universe. Through a program of activities for all tastes, the Oceanographic Museum invites us to reconnect with the Ocean in a playful way. With workshops, treasure hunts, arts and crafts, a musical play and an exhibition, this year's Fête du Musée focuses on education in ecology and marine sciences.
POLAR MISSION
The Fête du Musée will also be an opportunity to discover or rediscover the immersive and interactive Mission Polaire exhibition. From the discovery of the poles to the wildlife they shelter, via the people who populate and explore them, the public is taken on a mission to the North and South Poles. Objects and documents, digital content and immersive devices combine and complement each other for a 360° experience.
SPONSOR A FISH
It's only a short step from admirer to player in ocean preservation! Visitors can help the Association des Amis du Musée océanographique de Monaco (AAMOM) by "sponsoring" a fish. With a minimum contribution of €50, members will receive a certificate formalizing their sponsorship, the identity card of the chosen animal and unlimited access to the Museum for 1 year (valid for one adult and one child under 18). Small dogfish, Aurelia jellyfish, clownfish, Banggai cardinalfish and seahorses are just some of the species that can be sponsored to help develop and maintain the Museum's aquariums.
You can also support AAMOM by becoming a member or making a donation.
