Activity - "Archeovacances"
Workshop 1 - "modelling": Learn about sculpture by modelling your own object. This workshop is designed to introduce kids to different techniques for modelling clay. They can choose between modelling prehistoric or Egyptian figurines OR making an oil lamp using mussels, like those used by Roman potters. Workshop 2 - "Archaeological Dig": This workshop introduces kids to the field work of an archaeologist. In groups of four, the youngsters will learn about digs and unearth objects. From age 8. Limited number of places.
