Improvisation Workshops for Children - Halloween
In the magical setting of the Théâtre des Muses, we will teach you, through fun exercises and using the costume of your choice, how to create and embody a real character. Meeting all these characters will allow us to develop a script together, which we will enjoy performing at the end of the workshop for parents and friends of the family.
The Muses' teacher-actors are passionate about overcoming children's shyness and channeling their energy by introducing them, with sensitivity and fun, to the world of live performance. Apprentice actors, don't forget to bring your costume and one prop per child to help us create all kinds of stories together.
Program: Warm-up, diction, body confidence, improvisation, learning short texts, and a final presentation.
Times:
10:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. for ages 6-8,
2:00 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. for ages 9-13.
Course 1: Thursday, October 23rd and Friday, October 24th
Intergenerational sessions for children and parents
Each child may be accompanied by a parent, grandparent, or friend. It is possible to attend only a half-day.
