A “Trick or Treat” for children organized by the Smileys Monaco association.
Program: choice of collection bag, drawings, cakes, surprises...
Each child will be accompanied to the shops for a “Trick or Treat”.
Meeting point: at the bottom of rue Princesse Caroline.
Costumes are compulsory for the children, but not for the parents ;)
