From November 28 to December 1, the Chapiteau of Monaco will open its doors to gastronomy enthusiasts for a true journey of flavours: the 28th edition of Monte-Carlo Gastronomie, organized by Caroli Com – Groupe Caroli.
A must-attend event for lovers of authentic products and culinary traditions, this show invites visitors to savour the excellence of local produce and find inspiration for their festive menus.
Everything is meant to be tasted — flavour, passion, conviviality!

Gourmet Flavours and Culinary Delights

For many years, this gourmet fair has delighted visitors with the quality and diversity of its products, carefully selected from among the best producers, as well as with the richness of its events.
It’s a unique opportunity to indulge in exceptional products as the holiday season approaches.

On the menu: French, Italian and European regional specialties, culinary demonstrations, tastings, and gastronomic competitions.

Highlights:

Culinary demonstrations
Every day, renowned chefs and promising young talents will perform live cooking demonstrations — valuable opportunities to learn professional tips and get inspired for creative festive menus.

7th Maestro Chef Competition
The 2025 edition will spotlight 8 passionate amateur cooks. This unique culinary challenge in the region will allow participants to showcase their skills before a panel of Monegasque chefs and Nalika Dinushi, winner of the 2024 edition.
Organized in partnership with the Monaco Goût et Saveurs Association, it will take place from Friday, November 28 to Sunday, November 30 (final on Sunday, November 30 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.) with a different recipe revealed each day.

3rd Charity Evening “Soirée du Cœur”
This year, the charity event will support BE SAFE. It will be held on Friday, November 28 at the show, in the presence of Miss Camille Gottlieb, President of BE SAFE.
Twenty chefs will each prepare one or two bite-sized creations to support the cause.
All proceeds will go to BE SAFE, an association that fights against drunk driving.
Price: €150 per person – Information & reservations: BE SAFE website.

4th Maestro Kids Competition
Nine budding chefs from Monaco’s schools will compete in creativity around the theme of sweet or savoury French toast.
Organized in collaboration with Monaco Goût et Saveurs, the children will be judged by a panel of Monegasque chefs.
(Monday, December 1, from 1:30 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.)

Major competitions during the show:
The Slow Food Competition – The Slow Food Monaco Riviera Côte d’Azur Awards will be given to exhibitors for the quality, origin, and sustainability of their products, as well as for originality and innovation.

The Monte-Carlo Gastronomie Wine & Spirits Awards will honour exhibitors of wines, champagnes, liqueurs and spirits under the patronage of Dominique Milardi, Honorary President of the Monegasque Association of Sommeliers.
Discover the secrets of a wine tasting on Friday, November 28, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.!
The awards ceremony for both competitions will take place Friday, November 28, from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

As every year, several key associations will actively participate in the fair:
Monaco Goût et Saveurs, Slow Food Monaco Riviera Côte d’Azur, the Association of Italian and French Maîtres d’Hôtel, the Monegasque Association of Sommeliers, and the Monaco Hotel Industry Association.

Under the Chapiteau of Monaco, visitors are invited on a true gastronomic journey filled with discovery and sensory emotion.
Just days before the holiday season, they’ll have the chance to taste and purchase a wide selection of authentic, high-quality products.

Across 2,500 m² of friendly atmosphere, over 100 producers from France, Italy, and across Europe will showcase the best of their regions — foie gras, truffles, caviar, chocolates, confectionery, cheeses, cured meats, organic products, jams, champagnes, armagnacs, wines and liqueurs — offering a delicious path of flavours and craftsmanship.

And to delight all gourmet visitors, a raffle will take place on Monday, December 1 at 5:30 p.m., with prizes made up of exhibitors’ products.

For its 28th edition, Monte-Carlo Gastronomie will once again be an invitation to indulgence, awakening the senses and delighting the palate!
