This year, women will be in the spotlight on Heritage Day. The CSM will be highlighting this event thanks to the majority role played by women in research and in the management of this institution.
After a general introduction to the CSM, the groups, guided by CSM scientific staff, will visit the laboratories, where they will be introduced to the CSM's various activities, grouped into 3 departments:
- Marine Biology: the study of corals, from genes to human communities,
- Medical Biology: from fundamental research to the analysis platform for transmissible diseases,
- Polar Biology: from Artificial Intelligence to Penguin Observatories, including the "Antarctica 2.0°C" scientific campaign aboard the ship La Louise, which can be visited at the YCM.
Visit the Center in groups of 10, by registration only, from 10 a.m. to 4:50 p.m. (tour lasts 1 hour).
