Theatre - "Shakespeare - Bach"
PLAY IN ENGLISH with French surtitles incorporated into the video of the performance. For their second collaboration, actor Charlotte Rampling and cellist Sonia Wieder-Atherton create a poetic dialogue between the sonnets of William Shakespeare and the suites of Johann Sebastian Bach. Like a single piece of music, the switch from cello to words is imperceptible and the two instruments sing in harmony.
