Lecture - "Auguste Escoffier, his life in Monaco, and his Francophone culinary works"
The Monaco Section of the Union de la Presse Francophone and the Ordre National du Mérite Monaco are pleased to present a lecture by Michel Escoffier, great-grandson of Auguste Escoffier. Also present will be Richard Duvauchelle, former General Manager of Le Martinez and Le Noga Hilton in Cannes, Curator of the Escoffier Museum, and The Disciples of Escoffier, whose efforts ensure that Auguste Escoffier's legacy lives on around the world. After the lecture, there will be a question and answer session with the audience, led by journalist Philippe Tallois, himself an Escoffier disciple.
