Theatre - "Les Prisonniers du Château d’If"
Having fallen victim to a conspiracy, Edmond Dantès is thrown into a dungeon in the Château d’If. The young man is saved from the madness of isolation by his meeting with another prisoner, who is trying to escape: Abbot Faria. The scholarly, sharp-witted old man agrees to tutor his young fellow inmate. The pair eventually forge a strong bond, the kind that exists between a master and his disciple, or a father and his son.
