Conference by Auguste Escoffier's great-grandson, MICHEL ESCOFFIER
On the initiative of the Union de la Presse Francophone Section de Monaco and the Ordre National du Mérite Monaco, a conference will be held on the theme of "Auguste Escoffier - his life in Monaco, his culinary and francophone work".
Speakers :
With Richard Duvauchelle former General Manager of the Martinez and Noga Hilton in Cannes, Curator of the Musée Escoffier, and the presence of the Disciples d'Escoffier thanks to whom Auguste Escoffier remains alive and his work perpetuated throughout the world.
They will then take questions from the audience in a question-and-answer session moderated by journalist Philippe Tallois, himself an Escoffier disciple.
