Surrounded by actors and partners committed to the cause of women in Monaco, the Committee for the Promotion and Protection of Women's Rights will celebrate International Women's Day on March 8, 2024 at the Espace Léo Ferré. The event will take place from 9am to 8pm and will highlight the Principality's commitment to women's rights.

"Our aim is to show the strength of the Monegasque collective committed to women's rights, hence the name 'PowHer', which highlights the actions taken and to be taken by players in the principality. The event will take place over an entire day, in a single location, for a common cause. It will be a great party open to all," explains Céline Cottalorda, inter-ministerial delegate for women's rights.

As a result, the Committee's associations and partners have been invited to liven up the day with stands, conferences or roundtables, and interactive workshops on four themes: education, health and the environment.

In addition, a wish tree will be set up, allowing everyone present to leave a message in support of women's rights.

The day will end with a show featuring two concerts and a unique sound and light show.

Admission is free throughout the event.
